When I play some tourment and I bet, others all in .And I am unlucy to get the strong cars in the pre-flop. I kept waiting but no good card for AA/KK/QQ/JJ or AK. Half of my chips have losts ,should I take risks or keep waiting? How will you do ?

If you raise and people are always going all in, then obviously their range is really wide so you need to start calling with a much wider range.

If you're waiting for this kind of range, you're playing ridiculously nitty. You need to learn when to play enough hands so you're only playing tight.

Then dont bet so that you can still preserve your chip stack, then wait for those top pairs. If still no good cards, then find a spot to at least steal few pots just to survive.

Ram is definitely correct...
Thats way too tight, even if u wait for a while and u pick up JJ, and run it into AKs, its pretty well a coinflip anyway.
For an example, im playing the hockey freeroll last night (im a flyers fan, I mixed it up a lil, had to fold KK after the flop (as an overpair and no paired board) so even if u get a monster, its not a winner, and with 63 remaining i picked up JJ, i had an aggressive image with average stack, i shoved someones isolation raise thinking if its a flip, the other player has his overcard outs, i thot he had 99 or 10-10 per chance. He had AK, the other guy had my J out not his A or K LOL, and he hit the flop.
Its hard to play lower stakes and freerolls if u play a higher limit dynamic too, well sometimes
I try to mix up my play a bit, and you have to get it in wider for sure.

Just remember stack sizes, your position in the tournament, and watch how they all play. I consider myself tight, and I call all my chips off at times with A5s and i see an opponent flip over like 85 or 64o. Look to see who's on tilt :D many go on tilt especially in the baby stakes.

Sorry for long reply, i get into it aha

stack to blind ratio
bubble
table stack sizes
blind levels
etc. etc.
missing info here
you create a hand range that you can shove/call/raise with and it should be constantly evolving taking many factors into consideration
