Need 2nd opinion

Hi all,
new to forum and looking to improve my MTT game,

I've searched forum and read the articles, and just wanted to make sure i have understood the info.

1. BMR - i'm working on a 100 buy-in strategy for moving up levels and a 75 buyin level for moving down a level. Most of the games i play are under 500 entrants. typically i play 1 game at a time.

2. I was thinking of tracking my ITM% and ROI% on a spreadsheet as i'm not playing that many games and didn't think software would benefit me yet.

3. any advice on selecting tournaments. I have been targeting GTD's with no rebuys/rentry so i'm not tempted to change my buyin amounts.

Just wanted to check i was doing the right thing

I think you are. If you play on pokerstars there are big tournaments at sunday that you can participate for example sunday storm sun day warm up....
These tournaments are for big buy in and you have to get your strategy cuz it that kind of MTTs luck is 40% and strategy is 60%
Dnt play turbo tournamnets play regular MTTs. Wait for a good card and then double up!
