re: Poker & Multi Table SNGs not considered a SNG?
I can only recommend HOH even tho it consists of 3 books, they are written in a relaxed and easy to read style, and while working through the 3rd, you could try what I did, and re-read the first two, tho I recommend re-doing the workbook as well. I will also re read all AGAIN, as the second time so much was clearer than the first time through. I do this with most poker books
I read, if they turn me on the first time, I know there will be better understanding on my part the second.
But thats just how it works best for me. You could also post any cool books you run across as I am always looking to improve my library. I also recommend The Theory of Poker by Sklanski, although it is a general book, and not MTT only.
Oh yea, and what spunka said. MTT theory is correct as they essentially are MTTs. The difference is mainly academic (although stacks, blinds and blind times can vary), as MTTs have a deadline starting time, and a large SnG has a player capacity that determines the starting time..
