I have been playing them for a month or so & they are now the only thing I play.
I like the fact I can budget say $16 & I know that is all the real money I have spent for the duration of the tournament. Cash games can get quite scary so I do not play them anymore.
Last night I got to the final table twice one on a $33 & one on a $16 zoom poker, both on poker stars. I won around $550 on one & $250 on the other.
Both of them were won when I jumped in 5 mins before registration had ended.
The biggest thing I have learnt in the short time I have been playing is to become more aggressive with good hands.
Try not to think of the money that is at stake when you get to the final table, this helped me a lot when I went all in once or twice.
I do have a bit of trouble handling others aggression at about the 3/4 mark, so I will raise say 2K and then someone goes all in, I lose a lot of money this way but they do tend to knock themselves out at this point so if you can hold on then try not to get crazy unless you have a really good hand.
I have even found myself putting down KK & AK when someone goes all in because I was so close to the final table that I thought the risk was too high.
The highest I played was a $365 tournament which I won a satellite to & I have won satellites to the $165 numerous times - 2 days ago I won 2 satellites to it at the same time....
My biggest win was the following which I am still buzzing about
