SB,BB,BTN in hand. $48k in pot. Flop KQ3 rainbow SB bets $20k, fold BTN shoves in last $40k. BTN Q9o, SB calls A4o. SB has $160k behind.

I understand call if you basing it on math, but if SB loses BTN have $128k other 2 have about $140k combined. So should call been made by the math?

I never judge anyone for call they made it is their cards. I am using this as a learning experience. Yes I was BTN I had solid read in this hand SB raise was weak because I seen same play earlier from him in hand he lost. Turn 2 river 5.
