That was an ugly flop to be honest, and giving away your hand it's completely fine.
I think with the opponent hud stats, you could push him 4bet allin, instead of going in a deep pot flop where you're almost in a deadzone.

I think you should have for sure made a 4Bet preflop. The question is, if villain min-raised the other 3 3Bets he made in those 7 hands you have of him. The min-raise is either a very strong hand, or just mediocre. If villain made the same min-raise in all the other hands, then you can easily 4Bet him, then if he 5Bet shoves... well, I don't know then, hehe, you could still maybe call him if he seems like a maniac.
If you call though, and then check on the flop, I really think you can peal a card. You have 2 backdoors and villain is going to cBet 100% of his range after you check to him. If a spade, Q or J comes ( preferably the Qs or Js ) you certainly could peal another card, maybe even check raise or lead on the turn.

btw.
What stake is this tournament?
( If the buy-in is really small, it could certainly be a maniac )

It is not a bad play. Your opponent, possibly has 9 10 or 77, 88 or JJ. He can also have a big pair like AA, KK. I think it was a wise move and you avoided big trouble!
;);)

Can 4b pre to 6k, and fold if they 5bet large, call if they 5bet tiny like this.

Otherwise hand looks good.
