I really wouldn't be limping in at all in early stages since blinds go up so fast. You aren't getting implied odds to set-mine. Maybe at the lowest level with 25BBs since that's about how much you want to make in implied odds when set-mining. After that, if blinds go up to 15/30, you only have 16 BBs and set-mining is no longer profitable. Honestly, I don't even think set-mining should be an option at all in this game, except in situations where you're in the BB, get good odds preflop, and you close the action.
From the start, you should be folding, raising, or shoving. I don't like limping in with anything at the early stages since you're just spewing chips and those chips will be much more useful by stage 3 if blinds are at 20/40.
