Don't be afraid to take risks in this tournament to build chip utility, most players who have not played in big tournaments tend to play a little scared and are intimidated of players often giving too much credit to players and making yourself easy to bluff which can diminish chances of a big cash.

Congrats on the satellite win and good luck in the tournament :congrats:

Good luck
play tight and dont show your opponent this is your first time in big tourny , and be sure its diffrent from freerolls
concentrate on table and players , who is bluffing often and who is playing very tight

Good luck again

Try to assess the players at your starting table as quickly as possible. The tournaments will probably have a fair number of players who got in like you did or through satellites. If you're table has a high proportion of them, you may not be out of your depth, or not much, which means you don't have to adjust very much.

Otoh, if you get a table where you feel at a disadvantage ability-wise, the play will probably be more aggressive than you're used to. So you'll want to adapt accordingly. For example, if you're used to being allowed to open-limp, that won't be the case as often, so don't try.

Is there anyway you can use your ticket for a game on the weekend instead of midweek?
Midweek you're going to run into alot more regs.,... the ones who used to play on FTP & Stars but are no longer able to do so.
Weekends you'll obviously get ALOT more fish.
