So, upon reading, it appears small ball is hard because dinks call too much. It's hard to play a lot of hands profitably with no equity and no fold equity. I've come up with what I think might fix this. Criticism or revision appreciated. 1. Tighten up. Playing too loose will drain us. We need equity to raise. 2. Value bet more. bluff less. Post flop. Again. We need equity. 3. Keep pots small until we hit. Build pots out of nowhere in good situations. 4. Raise exploitatively. By raising 3.5 or 4x instead of 2 or 2.5x we can realize value vs bad players. 5. Play suited connectors and low pocket pairs according to traditional small ball principles, minus bluffing. These are great hands in multi pots. Play cheaply and raise made hands. Call draws with enough ev.
