I played in a deep payout more than 8 hours, just with overpairs . This is not
a pledge of a win, though I had take 3rd place and win 150 $)

Multitable, I couldn't focus on being uber tight on just one table.

If I start a long tournament that will take about 7-8 hours, then I'm ready to endure and wait, and I look at the prize fund in the tournament, if a small prize, then I do not tighten much and if the big prize pool I'm straining to play and win, but in such long tournaments it is very exhausting to sit and you need to have a lot of free time!

To play in long tournaments, you have to be prepared not only morally, but also physically !!! so you often hear from professional players that playing sports is necessary for a good and stable poker game (and it's not just words) !!! when you are physically prepared, then patience comes by itself !!!!

Patience is important in poker. It is a characteristic of a persons character, but if you concentrate to the game, you can be patient.

I have played tournament bout 5 hours. I have snacks, some chips in my hand, and listen some music, in the break time i go to bed to lay for 5 minutes at least, get up some times and walk, drink some water. If you get the final table you have to focus to win, and shut the other games or things you have been doing.

Sorry for my English.

Breathing and talking yourself through your situation at the time. I find it helps curb tilt and keeps you focused.
