Well have the thread states..... I am thinking of making a total transition from cash games to tournaments/sit 'n' goes...OMG!!!! Never EVER in a million years thought I'd be saying this......So about me: I play online poker recreation-ally (I guess) meaning I don't deposit (haven't since 2012 before that 3 years since 2009) and I don't really lookout for any specific games except our very OWN CC GAMES.... When I do build a bankroll up from my CC cashes which I regularly do...I tend to lose it all on the cash tables (which agreeablely I suck at) but I have had the up-most preference for cash games because it is what I play almost EVERYDAY in live games where I do well.......... No I am seeing it as counter-productive to be winning in Tourneys but losing EVERYTHING time afer time Bankroll management or not on CASH TABLES.....Always been away of playing for hours and BUsto with nothing to show prolly my main reason of deterrence.... I am going to change all that now and will start to have a go at tourneys....

So I want to hear from guys who have make the transition on how it has been?? Tips, Different Approach Etc

Well i think you made a good decision. Play smart dont go all in in early stages watch your opponnents dnt bluff(for start) play in good position do resonable bets like 3,4bbs not go all in.
Gl in the tournaments :)
