i have been playing exclusively to this theory and it has worked wonders for my tournament game. how do you guys feel about this theory? does it work well for you?

Yes, its helpful. You also can play with the so called "effective blinds". You simply add the blinds and all antes and create a "new" big and small blind.

what do you mean by "new" big and small blind?

You add all antes and blinds (= Sum) and create a new (higher) big and small blind (2x + x = Sum)..
