I was just curious if some advanced player could tell me how the mtt tourney game shifts from the 2 dollar level buy in to the 10 dollar level buy in. Is it just more talented player and how is their strategy different

The biggest differences for me:
1) Post flop play is a lot more active in the $10's.
2) A lot larger fields, therefore your strategy has to adjust.

I'd personally rather play more talented opponents, but there's plenty of dumb money in every game, less and less as stakes advance.

I take worse beats in the lower buy-ins. Bigger buy-ins = better players = less trash calling big raises.

I am speaking generally, there are donkeys at every level, but my hands seem to stand up a little better.

You are not going to be getting 5 villains calling a 5x bb raise.

what knittle said.
1. The higher the stakes you go the better post flop game gets, at micros most players play "fit or fold", low+ it's postflop extravagnza
2.
