I play poker, read reviews, write after making the first deposit, block the client and demand to send a photo of the passport and some other documents. Who knows the truth or not?:tomato:

It's quite common, I've done it several times. Which site did you deposit your money to?

I don't quite understand your question.
But if the poker room requires you to copy documents, it is possible you have multiple accounts at this poker room. So they want to confirm your identity.
But that's just my opinion.

Never had to do it on first deposit but have had to prove myself on cash outs. It called KYC (Know your customers)

I agree with the partner above, it is not usual to be asked to confirm your account after a deposit, this usually happens when the system detects that you have multiple accounts on the site, I recommend therefore that you send the requested documentation and verify your account, dont put on risk your money.

It's normal for any room to require your documents when withdrawing money from a game account.

sooner or later, to confirm my identity I have to, I made a Deposit, I wasn't asked to confirm the identity, but when I won the tournament and decided to withdraw some money , I was asked to send copies of documents, it is for the fact that they knew that knew the client and his wallet, in the future, I deduced many times but it is not necessary to confirm your identity, on the one hand is the test of your seriousness, if you are serious, nothing to hide, many send their documents immediately after the installation of the client, and confirm your phone number it is for that would not who were not able to log into your account except you It happens this way, when the password comes to the phone code confirmation, and you understand that to your account except for you no one will be able to enter the poker room cares about their customers, so it's a small thing that would confirm his identity Good luck in the games

I had a problem a few years ago on pokertstars

I had a problem a few years ago on pokertstars, a friend of mine transferred $ 5 to the account and my account was blocked. I wrote to PokerStars Support, they asked me to send a photograph of my passport. I sent and my account was unblocked. After that, there were no more problems. Recently I made the first deposit, I won $ 50 and displayed many on the web without problems. This is a normal procedure at all poker rooms, when you make money transactions on your account, they ask for a photo document to confirm the identity. After this, no more problems should arise.

It is important that no ppl under 18 years are playing on these sites that will couse legal problems. Imagine some 12 year kid playing his parents money. Also for security reasons like 1 person playing with 4 accounts in the same tournament.
