Live tournament tips?

Hi, I'm planning to go play my third live tournament at Winstar Casino in OK next week. Starting chips $4,000 with 15 minute levels. The two times before there were around 110 to 130 players.

First time, I didn't last long, boy was I intimated. Second time I got down to 2 tables and went into a shell and finished out of the payout.

My question, can y'all give me tips on what to do and what not to do? I know this is kind of vague. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Thats a tough structure with starting chips and blinds. Try and take advantage of people playing tighter when blinds get steep by opening up your range some.

You always feel card dead live, try not to play too many hands. Pick good spots with good hands and play them aggressive. When you have under 10 BBs, go into fold shove mode. Shove live cards, monsters, and pairs. For example 10Js, 44, AQ, AA
