This month I qualified for the League Masters. Since I'm still trying to build a bankroll, I'm thinking of giving attention to the league. Has anyone here played in the league and got a good result?

I played for 3 months in a row, I think that without luck - nothing will work in this, for myself I decided - it was a waste of time.
But, maybe You will be lucky)

Yes, you will have to have patience and good luck, this is a difficult path given that the opponents are strong and use the software.

I wish you luck, I quit the League at the University, counting it a waste of time

I played for three months in the League Masters and several times got to the final table, but did not hit the Top 100 players in the leaderboard month. Last month I did not have time to play and I flew to the University league.

I'm playing this month in the Masters League
It's a different format and I need time to get used to it
tournaments last longer than other leagues
players are much better ,,, it's much harder than the university

What you said I noticed too. It really is very clear the difference from the University to the Masters. But learning is worth it.

I've played in the masters league six of the last seven months and have not managed to break into the top one hundred yet. The concept is good, but I'm thinking of pulling the pin. At my age, I need to be a little more active and sitting in front of a computer monitor for long periods, is not that good for my health.

We have quite a few Cardschat members playing in the Masters League and some have done very good. You can see a list of most here on this tread.

I'm slowly getting better, maybe I will not get there later this year.

Good luck to everyone!

Thank you. I climbed from month to month level, I always had difficulty in the first tournaments and then I started to score but this time it is very difficult. Actually the level is quite technical. The good is a good opportunity to improve.

The maximum I earned in this league, unfortunately, is $ 100.

But it's nice when even such a sum is added to your account at the end of the month.

Well, I'm in high school, for the first time, I think I'm doing well. I'm in prize-winning positions. I hope to stay there, several months in a row to make a good bankroll, but in this kind of league tournaments, in patience classification.

Hard to play in the league of masters, a lot of strong players! but this is a good practice for playing poker!

I also did not score points to stay in the league, I will train for a month and in May I'll go sattelit into the league again.

I've played the league several times, and the truth is with a lot of bad beats, that's why I went down to the university, we entered with so little stacks that it's quite difficult but good, I think it's a bit of luck in the first levels.

This is my first month in the master league, in the university league I won 20 dollars.
I hope to get into prizes at least in the master league, it is more difficult to score points because there are fewer players.
My strategy will be, try to score points in 15 tournaments, see if I succeed.

Some Tip:

If you score points in 15 tournaments you should make prizes.
The biggest feild is the 2:00 pm tourney. You can score loads of points in that tourney but it is the hardest because of the numbers.

Once the tourney gets down to 100 players left to points majority players tighten up and players runs loads clock. There are one or two agressors that bluntly try to take advantage and raise like madmen adjust strategy to them. Even after bubble players still run clock like mad. really annoying sometimes.

On the 8.00 pm and 2.00 am tourneys you need 3 double ups 6-8k chips and you should make it to the points.
