OP, it seems like you are really new to Poker and don't worry, those kind of questions are really normal and common when you're learning.
As the guys have said there is no possible way to answer your question since all the real valid information is missing.
Instead of concentrating what is the best play, my advice to you is just play whatever you feel like it is best to you. You should concentrate your efforts in playing as much as you can in order to get experience and see the many different possible results your actions have.
Along with experience you'll learn the most important concepts about poker such as table image (what kind of players are you against? Are they agressive, pre-flop aggro, passive, callstation, etc), stack sizes (measured in number of Big Blinds) , who is involved in the pot, what are the stack sizes and table image of the guys involved, etc.
Just keep studying and playing and those things will come up to you naturally, if you love the game you'll learn the concepts along with your experiences.
