Knockout Tournaments - Bounty Available?

At least at Betonline there is no way of knowing (as I can tell) if someone's bounty is gone. Today I made a few calls that I normally wouldnt thinking I would get paid if I knocked them out but then nothing... In the past, I thought I must have just missed the alert but finally realized I wasnt getting one because the player had already been eliminated and re-bought in -

Do other sites have a way of knowing?

That seems odd to me, I feel like a re-enter tourney is supposed to also add another bounty on to the player. Maybe email support there, I don't play on betonline so I'm unsure of how it works
