Anyone tried the Jackpot Poker, 3 handed, winner take all SnG?

Would be interested in your thoughts. Only starts with 500 chips, but is only 3 handed.

Ya its definitely fun, generally want to just wait till your opponents make mistakes rather than making it a shovefest. You actually have more play than you'd expect. I think you need to win like 36-37% to be profitable or get lucky and spin big and win.

I would really recommend you stay away from it... you're lucky to hit 4x and anything more is super rare. 75%+ of the time you'll get 2x multiplier so you were better off playing a heads up. The game is high variance and really tough to beat in the long run. for recreational players its good fun.

You could play it on ACR, they seem to be pushing it as part of their deposit bonus.

Not sure if its still going but you get $50 free tourny bucks on ACR which gives you 25 buy ins to the $2 jackpot poker. That is the only experience I have playing them and it was down right the worst experience i have ever had playing poker. Ended up winning a meager $20 of real cash to add to the bank roll, for free.......which is the only way I will ever play jack pot poker again.

Well, here are main thoughts:
1. min raise or limp only
2. bet 1/3 of the pot with strong holdings and bluffs
3. almost any pair is very very good, AJ+ is fantastic, so just go All In
4. when playing heads up, try to limp and bet 1/3 - 1/2 pot, you will see how often players fold))))

They are beatable but def high variance. The streaks can be devastating very quickly especially if you go on one of the streaks of winning when it's 2x and losing a standard 50+% of the time.

I have tried them . For me it's difficult to win them , I 've lost some :( . They have great variance , have to be good in heads up , and wait for a good multipluier for the prize to be big .A loss of time and money .
It's not for me for sure .

Of course I too played them and obviously as u know its hyper turbo format
the amount of variance would be more compared to other ones

i advise you to play aggressively
get in with any pair and as well as the most important thing
the players who doubles up first will obviously have 75% + chance of winning
so i advise u to focus on doubling up before any of ur opp does as we will have upper hand

We can play Top 15 % range of hands and others fold

Play aggressively and stop when you start losing! With SNGs tilt is very often because of the hyper turbo format.

I like Jackpot Poker if you play enough of it

Anyone tried the Jackpot Poker, 3 handed, winner take all SnG?

Would be interested in your thoughts. Only starts with 500 chips, but is only 3 handed.

Its worth it if you play enough of em that you will hit some big ones. If playing it not alot it might be losing you value unless you hit

You can play on AMC or pokerstars or partypoker, everyones includes this format of poker in their offer.
AMC gives you 20 days of free play on their $2 sng jackpots and rewards are from $4 to $2500.
You will get every day free money $2-$6 for that type of tournament and this is good way to try and see if you like to play sng jackpots and to not risk any of your bankroll.

Loved the fast action. Over in 10 minutes. But at the end of the day I lost my stake.

I'm not sure

Anyone tried the Jackpot Poker, 3 handed, winner take all SnG?

I've played it and have found it to be quite interesting. Wish the odds were better on getting a higher amount than double your money. I have played so many 2 dollar ones and it always lands on 4 dollar payout. that means they are keeping 2 dollars for everytime they it lands on that there is no telling how many 500 dollar opportunities they are giving away. so part of me feels as if they might be raking so much of the jackpot in those tounys. I'm not sure about sticking with them but to randomly once in a while to jump in and try. The starting stack is no problem you can still stretch it out by strictly betting calling and checking with the blind levels. fold to over vets unless u got the nutz.
