sorry the title miss. its just at micro stakes not low.

So far as a beginner or fish i just play in micro stakes "tournament" to grind and learn. at the table I see someone get called fish bye other players and i found my self get called fish too after make wrong decision or i beat them. but i accept that they playing good enought.and if he is a sharks then wtf he doing in micro stakes but..

all i know sharks is a profesional player that make profit from low, medium, and high stakes. i believe sharks wont waste his time and skill in micro stakes.

lets say they call people fish becouse they think they are sharks or maybe they are one of them. so my question is, is it possible to meet them (sharks player) in micro stakes???

It's unlikely that you will meet professional players at micro-rates. But there are quite a lot of strong fans who just like poker. They do not care what stakes to play, or they do not have a solid bankroll for a more expensive game. But they are good, and they play much better than the usual field on the microlimiths.

Anyone that is calling out players, or really using the chat at all(unless it's heads up matches, that's really the only outlier) in random games have way too much time on their hands, and they aren't sharks, they most likely aren't even remotely good, they are fish themselves. Good players don't bother themselves with the chatbox unless they are in a friendly game. You can't possibly have time for the chat box to begin with if you're multi-tabling, which is damn near a pre-requisite of being any kind of "shark"

In my opinion, shark is a player that destroy the field in his limit and theoretically high stakes sharks are more skillful than sharks of lower limits.

Players that call other players fish in chat are usually bigger fishes than players they called a fish.

I think that I have been called "Noob" by people who were infants when I started playing poker online.

It is difficult that in this type of tournament you will find this type of player, you will be able to find some fish and very good players.

I think there are too many nits and call centers on micro-limits. To play against them is incredibly boring. You need to play straight ABC-poker to be in the black at the distance.

Because of this, many beginners stop playing. Those that are weaker in spirit, just do not understand how to beat the game and eventually surrender, and smart guys will also give up, but because the way to beat the game is too boring.

Microlights - it's just a waste of time for those who are going to earn a game. Micro-limits are needed for those who only learn the basics of the game.

Micro sharks or baby sharks for sure.

I doubt if Elky or Lex Veldhuis comes down to the micro table to take advantage of all the fish, but there are definitely micro sharks out there that take their time to study the nuances of micro stakes poker and are quite good at it. Playing higher stakes poker has its own challenges, and I would say that playing micros may even build bad habits for high stakes, as being a donk in micro is a lot more common and less expensive.

I think that it is good of you to be cognizant of other players skill level, and you should make notes or label potential good players or weak players and adjust your play accordingly. It also doesn't hurt for you to study and play lots so you can become a micro shark yourself!

There are decent players at micro level for whatever reason but they are few and far between. Most players are on one end of the spectrum of loose/crazy and tight/nitty. The ones who are in the middle are the good players and probably make up a single digit percentage of freerollers/micro stakes players.

It's certainly possible to meet sharks in micro stakes poker. There are those that prefer to focus on micro stakes and grind at those levels for a multitude of reasons. In conclusion, yes you will occassionally run into skillfull poker players even in micro stakes.

Happy grinding!!!

Sharks are everywhere. Even simply, they can go to the microlith to laugh at the stupid decisions of the fish)

It really depends on what time and day you play. I've found a lot of fish in micros but once you get to the mid to late stages you will find a lot more sharks/regs

You'll find professional bots in the micros but not professional players.

I doubt the likes of Daniel Negreanu are playing microstakes but that donesn't mean there arn't good players there. I also think each tourney is a different animal and what works at the world series of poker may not work in the micro stakes and visa versa

My only question for you is this;

Why are you focusing on what players are saying at the table?
If you truly are trying to learn the game of poker, your only focus has to be the game of poker and put everyone on chat block or close the chat window so you no longer get distracted.
