Is it possible to make profit with micro stakes SNGs?

I am finding it really difficult to make profit playing micro stakes SNGs. I want to make a profit to see if I am good at this to throw more money into poker but I feel there is perhaps one factor why this is so difficult.

I am playing at bet365 and the rakes for micro tournaments are 20% which is a bit ridiculous or is it normal? How is one supposed to make profit giving 20% extra in every match?

In medium stakes the rake becomes 10% which I feel is still high but alot more realistic to make profit out of it. I know the level of play gets better at higher stakes but thats not really the point here.

In high stakes the rake gets to single digit percent but its still fairly high it seems.

Can you tell if any site offers lower rakes than bet365?

Micro sng rake is high at every site, I think. What rakeback do you get on there? They should be plenty profitable, even with 20% rake, due to the atrocious play.

I was killing it in the $0.2 and $0.5 games but I am finding the $1 games to have a significantly higher level of play or maybe I am having a bad streak.

I have no idea what rackback is just looked it up, I dont think my site offers that as I have never seen anything about it there. Does anyone play at bet365 here and know about this?
