Hello! I'm new to the forums and am not quite sure if I am posting in the right section....however, I am inquiring about some help/tips to improve my online poker game. I began playing with at a home game when I was about 16, and feel I have learned a fair bit since. I saw some success at these home games, but overall I believe I was negative in winnings. ($10 buyin, AVG 9 players) However, I was able to realize after playing for awhile that I was pretty much a tight/NIT type player, but I also overvalued Ax type hands. Anyways, I started playing online about 5 months ago and have been hooked since. I live in the US, so I Play on ACR. I began with a $50 deposit then, and started to play tournaments, usually around the $1 buy-in range. I started off playing pretty average, making money occasionally, but never scoring big or binking. As time has passed though, I find I have had a hard time adjusting to online play. After a month or so playing, I began to make plays I saw happening online...whether they were good or bad. I began to become more affected by bad beats and suckouts, and coolers as well. I upped my usual tourney to around $3, and once I moved up, I steadily lost money. There was a weekend where I cashed for about $150 in just two tournaments, and felt really good about my play. I was playing rather tight, and accounted it to playing fewer hands. Since, I haven't has much success though. I find myself more and more being taken out by bad beats, and think I'm getting extremely unlucky (as every losing player probably says). As I stand here today, I'm about -$500 in winnings. It's kinda hard to see it amount to that much, because I don't really see myself as that bad of a player. But obviously I have things I need to fix. So I decided to download a free trial of HM2 to try and analyze my leaks, and where I can improve.
I see my stat sample (over 4200 hands), but I'm not really sure of how to interpret the numbers as bad or good. Here are my stats:
VPIP: 29.1
PFR: 14.9
3Bet: 4.6
AGG%: 21.8
WTSD%: 44.4
W$WSF: 42.8
W$SD: 48.7
CBet%: 56.2
FCBet%: 46.6
3BetCall: 60

Sorry about the long post, just trying to add some backstory, haha. I really feel like I can succeed at online poker, so any help is very appreciated!

well stats don't really tell the whole story, these stats are meaningless when we don't know about the stake level you play or what type of tournaments you generally play in..

however some general things in notice among good players is that their vpip and pfr are much tighter. so if they played 29vpip their pfr would be around 26
if you have a split vpip and pfr like you have, you generally call a bit too mnuch or open limp too much.

your agg % is very low, meaning you call too much and don't bet or raise enough

in general your wtsd% is low and also money won at showdown is low, meaining more often than not you will fold before the river which is a waste of chips, and when you do get to the river more often than not you will have the losing hand. these numbers need ot be over 50% before you can win money realistically.

your c-bet% is low also you would generally see that upwards of 70%

so overall they are telling me that you call too much, you are too passive and you don't get to showdown often enough or win at showdown often enough.
