I come here with a question and see if anyone can help me with this .
In several MTTs I start the game very well , I'm accumulating chips and playing in a more comfortable way. But when the bubble is coming I start losing chips to an unbelievable way , or I end up being the bubble of the tournament or I go into ITM and fall when I'm signed in ITM . Does anyone have any tips on how I can improve my game on the bubble ?

Fear the bubble?

Fear is your biggest enemy. As you approach the bubble keep playing your same game because it got you there. Bad time to change your play.

Pot control keep the pot small without a big hand and aim to steal blinds and ante's. Most players will tighten up rarely playing a pot in order to cash. Think about the big picture we aim to WIN the MTT not to min cash.

stealing blinds is really important here. one round of blind stealing gives you some cushion to wait out hands if you are with a short stack. never try to bully a big stack or a short stack, big stacks usually call with rags and so do short stacks. mid stacked players feel comfortable as they see people below them hence easily release hands with some pressure

agree with the last posts-the theft of blinda is one of the main protections

If the compensation is low, Im not worried much.

If the price is high enough, I have to enter ITM first.

Here is one, play as slow as posible, people will think that you fear and want to go to itm, hands you are playing play realy aggressive and you will represent strong hand even iff it isn't!! :p

During this phase you got lot of opportunity to increase you stack by stealing blind and ante but be careful and observance.Try not to challenge the big stack with marginal hands.
