Early Stages I'm probably playing like 10-8-2, opening up a little to like 15-10-2 Mid Stage, Late Stage can really vary so wouldnt like to give an average. Obvs all those stats are table, stack size and tournament depending (ie. Turbos Im playing a wider range and more aggressive)

That sounds very tight in the early stages but maybe i just play too loose

I play very tight in the early stages of tournaments except when given fantastic pot odds... eg 78s in the BB with UTG raise and 5 callers... cant turn that down at 6:1.

There is very little to gain from playing loose early in a tournament, you very often start with 150/250+ bb and it is so early on there is little to gain and a lot (your tournament life) to lose, it doesn't really matter if you double up either in the first 5 minutes or the first hour (normal speed). Yes, you want to build as big a stack as possible, but why take unnecessary risks while a lot of others are playing loose? Open up mid game once the antes are in and the pots are worth playing.

Your going to have to double up like atleast 10-11 times in a tournament to make the final table, sometimes more, so whats the point in risking your tournament with a marginal hand in the first hour or two, when even a double up at this stage is often only 0.1 - 0.5% of a final table stack.

Hope that made sense lol and just my opinion.

Noob question, that third number (2) is 3 bet right?

This is something I have always wondering about I generally play TAG like 15/12/3 or so. But I have always been called a nit. Should I learn to play more LAG or is it worth it?

No. PFR = Preflop raise

really hard to answer, because you probably should play as loose as you can get away with...but think you could go anywhere between 15-10 and 35-27 depending on the villans

Not important, you have to play depending on the strength your hand, your position and stats opponent.

This is for cash games you need balance your range, for tournament do not need.

With a small hand sample everything is possible ( you can be 60/40/4 after 30 hands, but only get premiums and play solid, tight aggro poker)

On a huge sample size I guess something like 20/15/3 should be average, but it still dependes of your opponents on the table and finding the best gamestyle against them

My personal experience is you will not FT in a MTT with less than
VPIP=27
PFR=6 or more
AF=1 or more
But like anyone will tell you....it really all depends

Honestly it depends, I've seem some great players where i have over 1k hand on them with 45/39/10 . Some other great players with 15/12/5, 31/25/10, and even 10/8/4.
My lifetime stats over 400k tournament hands is 24/21/9, and I have a good ROI over that sample. But at times in a tourney I'll be running something like 7/6/3. But other times if im big stack on a big inflection point I'll be running something like 65/62/25 (yes I know its nuts, but I make all of my money through inflection points).
So there is really no simple answer, it really depends who's at the table around you, can you exploit the other player in the hand, is it the bubble/pay jump/ FT bubble, etc...
