The river comes another 4 i check she bets 500 i thought she was bullfing so i called she wound up with trip 44s on the river i was upset if i was more aggressive i should have re-rasied her on the turn what do u think?
Your aggression was lacking pre flop. I never enter a pot with out raising unless im a blind or occasionally in super late position. So you need to raise in this spot if you want to play hand, K6 is a hand you probably should not be raising so next time just muck. But to answer question of what to do if you played this hand through; i would have bet the flop in this spot, everyone does not hit an ace when ace flops so don't be scared to bet it to see where you stand. I also recommend not judging your play during bar leagues because you are probably playing point system rather than money(idk for sure just an assumption) and most ppl are prob not good players or know the ins and outs of poker, if they were they would be playing for money.
Also the "lady in BB" should have been the first to act on turn, it should not have been checked around to her if she is BB
