i just bought HM2 and it is pretty much not working?

i would have posted on the forum on their page, but it logs me out then says my password is incorrect when i try to do so, so i can't. anywayyyyyyy, seeing as i am sure a number of people on this have the programme, i was wondering if anybody would be able to help me.
i decided to buy it, and for me it's not exactly cheap, however, it doesn't show my player in the select bit so i am not able to choose him in order to get the relevent stats, graphs etc and to track my game. i also have no hud above/ below my name (probably due to this first problem.) did anybody else have this problem?
i thought it was maybe something to do with HH but i imported some of them, i think correctly as i pretty much followed the instructions, but nothing changed.

If its up and running then its just a matter of making sure that your settings are correct. Make sure that the poker client is saving your hands to your hard drive and that HEM2 knows where to look.

Once that is done your should be able to select yourself from the list of players.

how do i do this? sorry i am quite bad with this as i haven't really used one of these properly before. it just doesn't seem to be finding my player hmm.

I sure hope someone can help you. It'd be a shame if not. But yeah like tenbob its just a matter of configurating it correctly. I was fortunate to have PT4 seamlessly work for me when I purchased it a month ago. Have heard some horror stories though. In the end, it WILL work though so be patient and you'll find the answers you need. There are tons of HEM users here.

Again, don't worry and think you wasted your money. The people here will get it to work for ya. Just have some faith in CC!

PS: itll be very much worth it. I love my HUD and feel foolish for not buying it years ago when I used to play a lot pre-BF

Right go to the pokerstars client.

Options - Instant hand history options. Make sure that the box is ticked and remember where the folder is. Play a few hands after that is done.

Then in HEM2, click on "hand importing", auto import folders and make sure that the folder that we found is there. If it isnt put it in. Then select your name from the player list.

sorry tenbob if it looked like i just abandoned the post but i ran out of posts for that day so couldn't reply haha. it seems everything is working now- i don't know if it was what you or i did or if it just fixed itself, but yeah it is good. pity the poker is still so bad though
