I know lots of mtt guys think huds are useless. This is for the guys who use them. I've come up with I think a simple but effective hud. It's bet% for the flop turn and river. Call% for the flop turn and river. Bet and call% ipo for flop turn and river. 3 bet. Fold to 3 bet. Vpip/pfr. Checks are not needed since this is simply the difference of 100-(call+bet%). I set a line for each set of stats on each street. So the call, bet, and ipo stats are each a line with 3 segments. 3 bet is under those. And vpip/pfr under 3bet. This may seem excessive. But it's actually easy to use. The idea is that I can keep track of each street. If a player bets 75% of turns and checks the turn, it's a big weakness signal. Especially if his fold to bet is high on the turn. Another advantage is I can use bets instead of c bets. There's a lot more bets in a tourney than c bets. So the stats become useful faster. The idea is to develop specific hand reads for particular situations. I'm going to start playing small ball, and realize the importance of reads for this strategy.
