Just curious how you guys feel about always min raising as an opener vs. the standard 3x size bet that we see alot. I personally feel I play very good post flop so I always min raise pre flop to disguise the strength of my hand. I am curious though how you guys feel about it...and HU turbos in general.

Yeah, the min raise has been working for me. If I wanted to I could 3x or 2.5x raise as an opener, and as long as I stuck to that every time it would still disguise my hands, but the min does in essence allow me to see more flops because opponents are much more likely to call a smaller bet. I've really been getting better at these HU games, even with my premium hands I'm raising that same miniscule amount with the min raises that I would with trash, and its catching my opponents off guard. Its so much easier to let go of hands that I would have normally went all the way with regardless of the flop like premium pairs AK etc because I have so much less invested in the pot when I get there with the min raise. Its also a heck of a feeling to stack someone when I have them crushed because they underestimated my strength because I just threw a little out there pre flop. So yes to the min raise!
