I've just been moved to this table so no solid read on anyone. Been playing for about 20 minutes more/less. Everyone is just playing straightforward for the most part.

Game started at: 2013/1/16 0:23:47
Game ID: 127677562 750/1500 OSS II - $20,000 GTD - Event 15, Table 49 (Hold'em)
Seat 3 is the button
Seat 1: GrindinJACK (40644).
Seat 3: XDasBootX (15).
Seat 4: CharlesBundy (49918).
Seat 5: NarcoC0p (108849).
Seat 6: 1 GIDO (50353).
Seat 7: EaglesFan112784 (28980).
Seat 8: Vomani (72004).
Seat 9: ArmZamau5 (33716).
Player CharlesBundy ante (150)
Player NarcoC0p ante (150)
Player 1 GIDO ante (150)
Player EaglesFan112784 ante (150)
Player Vomani ante (150)
Player ArmZamau5 ante (150)
Player GrindinJACK ante (150)
Player XDasBootX allin (15)
Player CharlesBundy has small blind (750)
Player NarcoC0p has big blind (1500)
Player CharlesBundy received card: [Ad]
Player CharlesBundy received card: [Jd]
Player 1 GIDO folds
Player EaglesFan112784 folds
Player Vomani raises (3000)
Player ArmZamau5 folds
Player GrindinJACK calls (3000)

At this point there's about $9K in the middle. Looking back, this would have been a very nice spot to squeeze 30'BB's. Anyone think this is too much? I'll also be increasing my stack by 20%. What would you do? I ended up flatting with the intention of not getting crazy with it. (easier said then done when in battle)

Player CharlesBundy calls (2250)
Player NarcoC0p folds
*** FLOP ***: [7d Jh 7s]

In my opinion I should lead this flop . It's not getting any better. I need to know where I'm at so I don't go broke. I made a mistake and checked.
Player CharlesBundy checks
Player Vomani bets (3855)
Player GrindinJACK raises (7710)

At this point I've trapped myself to believe I have the best hand. This is the worst possible spot for me to stick some chips in w/ no reads and minimum info.

Player CharlesBundy allin (46768)
Player Vomani allin (64999)
Player GrindinJACK folds
Uncalled bet (22086) returned to Vomani
*** TURN ***: [7d Jh 7s] [2d]
*** RIVER ***: [7d Jh 7s 2d] [9s]
Vomani turned over 3h7h, and took down the $112K pot.
I would like any feedback whatsoever, positive or negative, there's always room for improvement. I normally know to FOLD when there's a bet and a raise in front of me on that board, I'm not beating much. Very badly played, complete spazzz.

I Would have raised pre-flop there as you said it was a good spot for a squeeze play as you know that Vomani is in late postion and will have a wider range from that spot as he was probably just attacking the blinds wanting to take it down pre-flop. so i would have re poped to about 8k. and you probably would se it go fold, fold.

But assuming you got a caller i would have lead out on the flop with top two and an over card, as 90% of the time you have the best hand here so i would have bet about 3/4 the pot on the flop.

basically i would have played it more agrresive and trying to take the pot pre-flop as you are OOP. But at least you identified your mistakes and know how to play it better next time.

I think you should've raised to about 9k PF. Isolate a bit if possible. You know that GrindinJack is flatting there with a weak hand. And Vomani could be min-raising with anything being he has a lot of chips at this table.

I believe if you do that, both Vomani & GrindinJack fold PF & you scoop a decent pot w/o a showdown.

Just for future reference, when you post a hand & ask for comments, don't post the results of the hand until it has been discussed for awhile. It takes away from all the dif possibilities running through people's heads lol

Did you place in the money in that tourney?

Please don't post results when you post a HandHistory looking for advice. (ie. you get these guys sayin' how it's a perfect spot to squeeze on 30bb's but not sure if they'll be sayin' that if you didn't post the results.)

Accactly what has been said , 3bet pre , lead on flop . Make poker easier for your self and ask questions .
1st question your asking is by 3beting - have you really got a hand Vomani
or are you stealing my blinds?
2nd question you should be asking is flop bet - is my TPTK good here.
I have found that by asking questions like these through out the hand , I am able to narrow players ranges down , which inturn makes the game simpler.
By playing the game so passivelly as you did , you have got no idea of villains range.

OP didn't run bad, he played the hand badly and got stacked for it. He even admits it.

Raise pre, yes there is an argument that raising costs you chips. but not knowing where you are post flop costs you way more

I appreciate everyone's feedback. Obviously played it too passively. Will remember to keep the HH's in "suspense" and post results after a few replies. Yes, I did cash for about $34 or something like that, nothing to brag about.

I dont know if I would shove it all. Theres only a min raise and a call. I would raise to about 12k. I dont really like calling here because there are so many hands that would have you beat if an ace or jack comes up and you can't really put other guys on hands. If you had around 30k, I would shove all in. But with 49k, I think you save some chips if you get 4-bet.
