In MTT online tournaments, lot of time you are playing with players who have no idea of pot odds or any other theory, they just bet all in and get lucky at times. How do you play against these players?

If we talk about MTT tournaments it is easy to reduce the luck element. Just play tournaments with starting stack of 150BB or more and with blinds which don't grow too fast.
Then you can ignore those who go all-in every hand.

Increase your skill level so you are that much better than your opponents and then luck is less of a factor (but still will affect you).

People are going to get lucky no matter what you do - just focus on getting your chips in good and continually building your stack to stay ahead of the blinds.

Good luck to you! :D

If you already enter an MMT tournament with this idea you are doomed to failure! If you understand percentage, pot ouds, this is a sign that you are in front of these is not .... so why not use this at the tables and play them .. Have a range, analyze the game table that is, have patience Because it is a skill that few know how to use .. Against players like that, I just bet against them, when I'm hands .. and as their stack slowly, I avoid going all in.

Patience... wait for the right opportunity to catch the fishes! And don't tilt with bad beats, they will happen.

it has 2 sides

It can be for better or for bad, those players will end up loosing all ther money, just get a good hand and try 'n stop them, they'll end up getting lucky whether you play or not.

You can play however you want, i'm on the tight side.
Overall it's good to be tight against bad players, but not always.
Sometimes i play a little more loose if my stack and blinds allow it.
Luck is the biggest factor in mtt's.

Play each stages appropriately, that should put you in a considerable advantageous position. (If you don't know what the different stages are or how to identify them, read about it. Play some Sit N' Gos for practice).

Although they can suck out and beat your pocket whatever these players that are all in on two cards are very good for the poker economy in the long run.

In turbo and Hyper formats to reduce the element of luck is almost impossible. The only solution is to play better hands more aggressively and play the odds.

Why do u want to reduce ur luck, ugh? ))

As far as i saw, luck is the subject to control. Ur chances are increasing after someone else get luck and decreasing after ur own strike. Surely it is not a rule, but it works not so rarely.

You are very right in the tournaments appear many players who do not know very well how to play poker .... they play all in all the time without any logical reason to do it and sometimes they are lucky and they win ... for that reason the first thing that I do Is to analyze the way the villains play at my table ... having clear that I propose the appropriate strategy that allows me to reduce the risk of being eliminated by a stroke of luck that they get to have this type of players

Not to play hyper turbo tournaments, that the registration rank is a little high and that there are not a lot of players and with a very durable repurchase ...

No way. Just make a choice between: to engage in a fight and lose; Or bite your teeth and suffer the next half an hour.

You really can't reduce luck

All you can do is get it in with the best hand, odds in your favor, the luck element will always be there, bit if you consistently get it in with the odds in your favor you will overcome in the long term ( in theory lol)

If there is a way to beat luck please let me know! :) I recently joined BetOnline and have probably played in 50 tournaments. There are so many bad beats on the river on that site it is unbelievable. How I can get my chips in ahead every time and lose 90% of the time is beyond belief. Has anyone else had any positive or negative experiences with BetOnline? I am very suspect of this site after my experience. I will be hesitant to reload the odds are just too great to justify all the bad beats. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

BOL is legit

Same beats happen live
I get bad beats all the time live and online, variance is real and it sucks
