I understand some of you might say i played well but the idea is i want to see if there is another way to play this spot because i was pretty sure of the hand he holds when he min 3 bet me so that's why i 4 bet him so small. i wanted to fold because i knew he had aces, but i thought there are many pocket pairs that can be played aggressively preflop like 99+. should i fold the 5bet or should i call?

You did not specify for which case you need advice. After all, the game in a tournament, freeroll or table for cash is different tactics of the game. Even the game at the beginning of the tournament is different from playing at the prize places. If this game is very important, I would fold if I raised or exceeded 20% of my stack.

I think it was necessary to call a 3-bet opponent, and not to do 4-bet. In all-in, you can go with pocket pairs KK or AA, as the opponent did. It is also important to know the style of the opponent's game.

you are right to say that in order to give the correct answer to this question you need to share with the type of game and its stage, if it is a tournament. Strategies are all different

If you knew he had AA why 4 bet ..... Call and reevaluate if you believe still he has AA or you hit a set.

A min 4bet there is a move that can only lead to a completely out of control situation. This is especially ill advised if you "wanted to fold because i knew he had aces".

The question is how important this tournament to you is. I would do same like you because it’s freeroll. You didn’t lose anything except maybe potential chash. There is much more freerols to play and to win, so you didn’t do anything wrong

4bet shove is the only other play besides folding here. Not folding QQ in freerolls/micros though in this spot against an unknown villain.

Its a freeroll tournament I think ? That's what it says in the clip. On a freeroll u have to go with QQ coz ppl will play 99 the same way they would play AA. ... Example.....all in lol

In a freeroll I would always be willing go all in with QQ because you will often get 3 bet with much worse hands.

if you're so sure they have aces then just call the 3 bet and fold if there is no queen on the flop

be very careful with your opponents you could carry out AA kk or even a hand like Ak could leave you out, watching the movements led you to make the best decision

I'm willing to die with QQ. He could easily have just 99,TT,JJ,or AK. If you're worried, definitely doesn't 4bet, just call, and proceed from there.

I would have folded, those mini raises indicate that they carry AA or KK many times, it is difficult to fold QQ, but sometimes you have to do it. A few days ago in the cardchat tournament, something similar happened to me, I had QQ and the villain increase me strongly, but he was a solid player, and I never saw him do that movement so I decided to fold QQ and my decision was right, he had AA.

If your read was really aces, no point in 4 bet, see the flop.
Hit the flop play from there.
Could have a worse holding you dominate, 4 bet still not worth it, you can get value on later streets.

Да. трудно заставить себя бросить своих дам. Я бы по крайней мере посмотрел на флоп, а потом решил. конечно, решение зависит от важности турнира.

1. BB could have had AJ-99 so 3bet is good but MIN 3bet is very-very BAD
2. That being said... this 3-4-5bet stuff is wrong. What shoud have been done is you eiher shove or flat after BB reraise. That flat 4-bet into 5-bet is micro limit stuff and it's ALWAYS QQ-AA so your QQ is the bottom of the range. Never play like this. It's a huge leak of many micro players that min bet rerise it seems like you are doing reeling-in but its a dead giveaway that you have QQ+... maybe even KK. With that sad..#feelsbadman =)

The initial raise is fine to three blinds, when the villain comes back up there only I just pay to see the flop, this hand will also end the same way unless you have it very well read the player. This is well played for a tournament that just started, but if you are in final stages, I would play it differently.

I did not know that pokerstars opens opponents' cards to non-opponents. Even if there was a paranormal. Because you know this player to the point that I know I would have only hands on that occasion, so you knew that. And after the mini re-raise, why did not you turn off your hand? Whatever it was, I knew the tendencies of the player or paranormal, or seeing the opponent's cards. Any of these 3 options will turn off the hand in the Pre Flop after re-raising it.

Poker is based on the quality of their decisions. Thinking about it if you said he was sure that his opponent had aces, you should have played out his hand it would be the best decision
