It's very important to play tight in early game of MTT, because the challenge is not big, then there is no reason to take risk like in the middle and the end game. The limping strategy is the best in this phase of the game, you have to see the flop and then decide what to do. Try to see the flop with a suited connector or a pair.
If you got a big starting hand like A-A , K-K or A-K , you have to adapt your play depending of your position and the opponent's abilities.

Play it more like a cash game when the blinds are deep.

At least mini-raise pf so you can attack the blinds and accumulate chips. You also want to build a pot with your tight and strong range.

If you only wait for premium cards and super strong hands pf and post in the early stages you are often short when you need the stack advantage to pressure the other players and steal.

A big stack is a powerful weapon in MTTs.

You can at least play a small ball strategy.
