With the little info I have it's up to you to find out if I'm right, but it seems to me you play way to tight when blinds go up, try to get into the money by avoiding any risk and getting blinded down to a shortstack close to the bubble.
Stealing some more pots by raising / 3-betting a tad lighter could get you in the right direction.
It's strange how perception is quite different than reality. I admit I was wrong with my perception
as I checked the numbers and I'm only 24% ITM during 2015.
I am more close with the second figure, where I final tabled 4% of my ITM games (tournaments only, no SNG considered). So I cash frequently but the good prizes are very scarce.
I do have a very good play in the early phase, but this changes drammatically when the blinds are higher as compared to my stack size.
You describe exactly what happens: I do avoid risks and get blinded out.
I will follow your suggestion. Thanks for the input
