Usually I try to play 3-4 tables, and have some music on to keep me from getting distracted especially from people like this.

Don't let little things like this effect your game. Patience is a huge part of this game (I recommend reading "Zen and the Art of Poker" if you haven't). Also you can nicely chat and ask them to be more aware of what they are doing!

You should be focused on what's going on, why they are doing this, and what you are going to do. Don't let it hinder your performance but use this time to prepare and plan...

You need to understand that for given situations is a strategy; for instance in Tournaments with fixed playing structure as Coinstars in FTP or if the bubble is close or the clasification level is arriving say for Daily Freeroll or similar. :)

playing multiple tables is one way to keep concentration. another way is putting people on hands when the hand goes to show down, this helps you further hone your own knowledge of poker and may be give you something to note about a player to be used in the future

Just don't let it gets you. Chill, have a drink, listen some music. It might be a bluff or best hand. Just play it the way you think you should play.

in such situations I usually write notes on players if I playing 1 tournament, because if you are playing 3 or more tournaments-you automatically have no problems with distraction))

Yes, it's like people said before. Play multiple tables eliminates this problem. But it really annoys me too.

I don't let it annoy me at all, it's out of your control. Everyone has the same amount of time to make a decision, so IMO it's just something that you shouldn't let get to you. Why create a distraction for yourself this way, just let it go and focus on your game.
