I'm assuming you mean plus as In plus $$$, correct? If that's the question, than that question Is really an Impossible question to answer.
You take a look at It from two different examples.
1) A new player, signs up to "Poker-Stars", and drops $500 Into his "Poker-Stars" account, now that player, doesn't know about BRM, or anything, and decided to play In the "Sunday Million", and bought Into It directly, and low and behold, he ends up "Winning" the entire thing. Now that player Is up $170,000
, or In this case he's +$169,500. Does this make this player a good player? Does this mean that this player Is better than the next guy, that's been playing for 7 years?
Now lets look at the next example.
2) A player that's been playing for 10 years. In that span of time, this player has lost, say 10k, at a rate of $1000 per year. This player, seems like he's a losing player. Yet you didn't ask as to the why, this player Is a losing player, or how he/she Is a losing player, or what game this player Is a "Losing player In".
Now as their are many different games online. Their are many different levels. So the best means to "Measure" yourself as to If "You're a winning player or not", Isn't by the "number of games", but more so by the "Decisions" you make during the games, and "over a large number of games/sample of hands".
So look at It like this, If you pick up AA on the bubble of a $1.10 re-buy and you have say 75bbs, at 1k/2k blind levels, and a player opens and another flats, and you 3 bet and the first player that opened has say 100 bbs and he 4bets and you 5 bet A.I and he calls, and you lose. Does that mean you suck? Does that mean you did the wrong thing? Does that mean the system Is "Flawed/Rigged/Against you"
? Nope, It just means that you were unlucky that one time, In that situation, and ultimately ended up losing that game on the bubble because of the "Choice" you made to 5bet A.I. Like-wise though, If you're continually losing and you don't know the "Why" or the "How to end this losing spell", It means that there's an Issue with your game and you need to work on It.
Yet again, these are all examples of basing on MTT's and I don't know what game you play, or are even talking about.
Cash/Mtt's/Stt's/HU/Hypers/PLO/Limit/ small stakes/mid stakes/ mid-low/low-high stakes, exactly what? That's the question you need to figure out.
