I am playing freerolls on pokerstars (10k players). I can easily get in top #1000, even better (500-300). My best result was #21, it was because I made a monster stack (going all-in in a multiway pot with a decent stack). But after that result i find myself always losing at this range - 1000. Can u suggest what my problem could be or how to identify it? Thx in advance.

at the end of a tournament you have to change the way you played in the beginning
depending on your stack at the end lets say you are above average then you can still choose hands so what i do is i limp with good hands to see flop and shove preflop with high pocket pairs,if you are highest stack on table then be very agressive preflop and postflop and fold if you get reraised depending if you hit or not.
lets say theres like 20 players left or less people will start playing very tight i played myself into final table by just stealing blinds and being loose

be very agressive preflop and postflop

yeah, i tried this tactic, but I dunno, it just doesn't work for me... playing this way I lost my stacks, but I have to agree with u, I think I just don't know how to play agressive. In early stage I'm trapping people and I am able to fold big hands, this tactic works 99% for me but later... thx man

maybe study some books or videos on MTTs, adjusting to different stages of the tournament is KEY. I'd check out Gripsed YouTube to start

If you want play in premier league, try qualifying from top 200 places "premier league qualifier". I find it much easier. Buy-in is 1.10 but you have a chance to get into the money. And it's more different than the gambling MTT skill league. There are usually 40 to 100 players, depending of the hours.

You dont have problems, you're just not a shark in a poker. My advice is to work on your game, see the streams, read books and all be all right :)
