Have you read the Cardschat Strategy Article on Spin n Go's?

Anyway, I like playing them to test my postflop skills although I know its a losing game.
In Spin n Go you can't fold everything waiting for a hand so you gotta play most of your
hands. And since everyone is doing the same, everyone can have everything in every hand. So knowing that you should stop playing the cards and start playing the players, because most of the time everyone is playing with crappy hands that are happy to fold when a King or an Ace hit the board.
You should try to play heads up most of the pots to lower the variance of someone hitting magic cards. Now, with just two opponents, playing most of their hands you should track tendecies early on. So when heads up you should exploit his tendecies. Is he aggresive? Wait for that flop or premium pair and give him rope to hang himself. Is he tight?
bluff him whenever the board hits big cards.
You also have to consider your image too and play by it. If you give a loose image get advantage of it by value betting the most with good hands. If you give a tight image bluff and overbet a nice pot to get it. You got to know when to fold, when to call, when to make some moves.
Now every time somebody have a nice looking drawing hand like A10+, K10+, Q10+ (you get the idea) he will bet bigger preflop, and he will also keep betting the flop, turn and even river big even if he dont hit anything. Since its spin n go, most of the times all that bets would be like most of his stack in that pot. Knowing that, you can exploit it. My personal favorite is when I see a big bet preflop that wont hurt my stack to call, call it with any decent hand with my mind either to flop something good or bluff and check raise if there is no high cards. If he folds I win the pot, if he calls I have turn and river to make a good hand.
You should just play your best poker but keep in mind that many pots that reach showdown will be judged by luck. So prepare yourself for crazy bad beats.
