A few of you have probably seen my posts lately, I'm really trying to better my poker :) sorry if it's spamming to much.

blinds are 80/160 I'm at 3000 other dude is at 5500. This ONE damn guy who keeps calling is somehow still holding on with 500bb, he shoves, we fold, he shoves again, we fold, he shoves I have 88 and call and he shows a DAMN AA. I was so annoyed. Anyways I drop down a fair bit, he calls so many hands, he just seemed to hit and stay for a while. Long story short I was eliminated in 3rd. So how the hell do I get rid of these people who constantly call and stay around? Player 1 was a big stack and wasn't even trying to bust him, I was trying and I wasn't even that big. I feel like it was right for me to wait for the big stack to get him.

It's not your responsibility to bust him. A simple red flag is when you are trying to bust a bad player with more chips than you. Don't push the action against this type of player, be patient and the situation will present itself. Play your game and his mistakes with cost him in the long run. Don't adjust down to your opponents to much. Don't stoop to their level. Adjusting calling ranges is one thing, just don't get annoyed. Be happy you have a bad player at the table with lots of chips. It's like an ATM when you have a made hand.

Good luck!

Sometimes players will go on heaters. Get your chips in with the best hand is about all anyone can do. If the board runs out on you. Than at least you lost at no fault of your own.
