HM1 and Bounty SnG's?

OK, so I've used HM1 for years, but only on the cash games side. When I finally got back into poker a few months ago I started playing MTTs, but have moved to ST Bounty SnGs. This is where my issue comes in....

HM1 seems to be tracking my finish positions correctly, and my ITM%, but my ROI is way, way off (it actually kind-of looks like WVH's Blue Line if you can believe that - How's the Blue Line Challenge going?).

Anyway, this is NOT correct. I'm a winning player, really I am (no comments from the peanut gallery, please). For example, HM1 tracked my play yesterday as being ITM about 40% or so, while it also had my ROI at -58%. WTF?

sharkscope had me correctly at just having a "meh" break even type of day, which was correct, but certainly not an ROI of -50+%. These tournaments are structured such that they are $1+$1+0.20c (Entry/Bounty/Rake).

So I'm wondering.... Is it just a case of HM1 not handling bounty tournaments correctly, or is it something else? Is there anything I can do to fix it? I have the most recent update for HM1. I tried looking through their FAQs and Help sections at the HM site, but they way they have those things set-up is pretty much worse than useless. Any tips? Or, just live with it?

Does it track the bounties at all? Can't you go to the winnings or results and see if the bounty is added? Sounds like it isn't.
I have no idea how to put bounties into HM, so unless you can contact support and get help, IDK I guess you gotta live with it. The hands are still right, so you can look at them. And you can see the correct graph on Sharkscope.

I think you should contact HEM support and ask them.

TBH, I've been really busy IRL since posting this. Haven't played much poker at all. Still haven't found an answer, though. Seems like I either live with it or try contacting support. It just seems like HM1 can't handle bounty SnGs. I don't think it records the bounties at all. Like I said, I can use SharkScope for some things, but it'd be nice to be able to use HM1 to analyse my play a little. Tough to do when it has the wrong numbers since it isn't recording bounties.

Yea, I have been using my vpips for the poker maximus tourneys but have prob with my Hem keeping the names on the right seats ??? Anyone know how to fix prob :questionm

Well, if you just right click and drag you can move the player boxes around, and it should be the same for every table. It seems to work better if you (Hero) sit in the same seat everygame, so like if you always sit bottom left. When you move around, the table boxes move too I think, not sure tho, I always sit in the same seat. The names must not be super mixed up right? Are they in the right order, just each seat and the person it marks up with are not right? I would guess that is what the problem is.

Guess I REALLY gotta spend some time at the HM website.... I have a similar problem in ST SnG's. MOST of the stats will be aligned with the correct players, but one person's stats will be misplaced on every table. It's not always the same seat, either. I always do sit in the same seat. The frustrating part is that if I drag the errant stat to the correct position on one table, it moves the same stat to the same seat on every table, even though those were likely in the right place to begin with. AAARRRGH. For some reason I never had these kinds of issues when I was a cash player and used HM1 effortlessly all the time.
