Just turn off your redline - it really can't tell you anything, it's not at all accurate, and doesn't indicate whether you're playing well or not.

Yes downswings are possible, but rather than trying to blame it on random chance I would suggest reviewing your play often, taking difficult decisions and posting them here: https://www.cardschat.com/forum/tournament-hand-analysis-51/

(a quick note - you should still be reviewing your play when you're winning, because winning doesn't necessarily mean you're making good decisions :))

And also, come talk general strategy or post fun/low-content stuff in this thread: https://www.cardschat.com/forum/tournament-poker-59/mischievous-march-sng-thread-193529/

It is possible you had a good run then a bad run, but perhaps you made an adjustment that was actually really poor. At the low levels I would suspect that a swing like that is not all bad luck, although your swing certainly could be exacerbated by luck. But it's hard to know just from looking at a graph :) So that's why he do hand analysis instead. So basically you should post your own hands, respond to other people's hands, and come hang out in the monthly thread, we need more people like you around here!
