vpip and pfr can be deceptive when it comes to a MTT. how you play in the first few levels is very different to how you play in the bubble, which is different to how you play the final table, etc. if it isn't then it probably should be, as your opponents aren't going to be playing the same. i'll limp more in the early stages if I have a speculative hand in a later position, or the table is limp friendly, as there are a lot of fish who will just call a raise with their likewise speculative hands to give someone good odds to hit something. still even so, do it sparingly.
After that very early stage though, yeah, limping is probably not a good idea.
The 3-betting happens a lot more on the bubble as a resteal. My 3bet percentage is probably roughly the same as yours (I don't have a hud, so I don't know exactly) most of the time, but it goes up on the bubble when I notice someone trying to steal everyone's blind.
I'm not exactly a consistent winner at MTTs, so take my advice with a grain of salt.
