Hey guys last time I posted about inactive player going all in, and this time it happened again (but I was quick enough to take screen shots this time to prove it), but anyways this player joins us in an Extreme Tuesday $10,000 GTD Satellite (2 seats GTD) and there was around $134 in the prize pool with 3 players left then this player Smalls734 joins and played for a bit (while showing inactive the whole time) and it never folded to him when it was his turn (even though it showed inactive??) and then he went all in got called and lost.

I attached the imagines of the hand in this post and tell me is american cardroom throwing their staff into the tournament because it was going to end soon and they didn't get enough money for this tournament so they were trying to prolong it???

you have to bet pre flop in all the hands the inactive player is in and it auto folds his hands. when he gets down low enough to be all-in its a coin flip but in order to make sure you stay alive whenever its just you and an inactive player just min raise and they snap fold.

I play at ACR.

This is one explanation, but there is also another.

If you are sitting out and then all of a sudden want to sit in and play a hand this can happen. For example, I'm sitting out and see I'm in the BB with a hand, I can sit back in right before action gets to me and call/raise/ect... Several different times it still showed me as "inactive" through the hand until it updates. Then I just sit back out.

I don't think there is anything sinister going on there.

I've witnessed this happening myself. One player was marked as "inactive" but would raise, push all-in and was very much active. It could be that he's found a way to game the system by sitting back in just before the action gets to him, and then sitting back out again. But the status never changed, not even for a second. Shouldn't this be considered a glitch that needs to be fixed? It gives an unfair advantage to this player.

Not sure what the advantage is. Maybe you could explain what it is?

As I posted, I do it from time to time. Sit out to eat and only sit in for a big hand then click the sit out button.

If this confuses you guys so much, maybe I should do it more.

I don't think they would risk doing something shady like that not worth it to them
