Hi,

We might need some more information... are you playing Sit n Go's, STT or MTT... and how many have you played, how long have you been playing for?

I would worry about the percentage if I was you. The only thing that really matters is at the end the day, do you show a profit?!

If you are averaging cashing in 30% of your MTT's, then you are KILLING it from even a professionals POV!! S&G's and STT are usually approached from a ROI POV!! If you bankroll is increasing which it has to be I would think if you are cashing 30% of the time, then you are on track. Maybe practice your HU game more!! I'd kill for a 30% cash rate!!

If your cashing 30% of the time you are doing very well, You must be in profit ?

Cashing 30% of the time isn't necessarily a good thing. You need to make the final table and get some top 3 finishes to get a good payout. You could limp into the money short stacked 50% of the time and still not make a decent profit.

It would help if we had more information but in general if its an MTT, good players are ITM (in the money) between 10 and 40 percent of the time. A good ROI is between 50% and 700% . An ok player might be around 50-100% and a very good player might be around 200 to 300% an expert might be over 400%.
But this is over the long term, and the long term is a very long time much longer than most people think.
Also as a general rule the larger the field of a tournament the greater the ROI potential for the skilled player.
