I usually see a lot of sick hands when I'm playing bounty builders on pokerstars, but this one... I was in disbelief.

Calling a reraise with pocket threes preflop is a little puzzling to me. Heads up, maybe. Not against two players.

I was getting 5:1 and a bounty, it was probably a mistake but I couldn't see it at the time... And many players call with almost any two cards because of the bounty

Set over set happens a lot.

You just had a bad case of bounty fever!

Don't know the game you're in, but I'm rarely calling 33 for that high a price 3 way big stacked and 1 already all in.

Besides the fact that you all gladly shipped on the flop with a 4 flush out there. 4 flush would be 40% to win against all other hands, including 3 sets.

I recently posted where I was rewarded for one of the worst calls in my life, but I had almost nothing in a freeroll on BOL. I was the 4th caller aipf, and the other 3 all flopped sets very similar to yours. This was q83. I won the main pot and one side pot with 79h for the flush. As I stated in my thread, this was obviously all skill on my part.

Set over set over set in the flop, just wow!
I think you played it poorly though. Calling that re-raise from the SB, with 33, vs all-in and limp in front, mmm.... Then you hit your set and just called the villain bet with another player behind you, I mean, why? Did you want value? With all the preflop action? Worst luck ever, but plenty of flaws to correct from your part.

Fold preflop.

Getting 5:1 to set mine is not enough in this situation.

You also don't have the implied odds to call.

As played, just unlucky.

I have also gone through some of those things, I think you started playing wrong, but after the 3 came on the flop else was normal and you just out of luck. The funny thing is that the 333 and the 555 were thinking they were going to fill the pocket.

Someone calling the raise there means they got something good, so I think you played it poorly.

1:5 odds are quite good enough, don't listen to pros here. if you wouldn't hit set you wouldn't play further and if they didn't hit set you'd win the pot. it just happens and a bit tough to take it in the chin when you're on the bounty hunt but imho not a bad play overall
