First off, make sure you are properly bankrolled for 100 buy-ins If you are playing $2 SNGs, have $200 to play. This will help you handle the swings.
It is true that when you get to 10BB's and below, your stack loses fold equity. In other words, a shove by you will cause big stacks to call you in the blinds because their pot odds
dictate they should, even with a marginal hand. Variance is variance, so you have to keep grinding and make good decisions. Some tips...
1. Shove late position and unopened, sometimes with any two when you have 10BB or lower
2. Put pressure on medium stacks as they try to stay strong going ITM
3. Dont wait around for a good hand and get blinded down. Kill the fear and put it in with any two...it's better than blinding away your stack when you are under 10BB's!
