I have a bankroll of $350 and I am grinding $3.50 sit n go (speed).
I play 4 tables at a time about 4 hours per day.
Anyone have any suggestions what is a good win rate?
Currently I make about $5 per hour, $20 per hour 4 session, on a good day. Some days I will maybe lose $10.
But on average about $15 increasing per day.

Win rate only for cash :), in SNG this call ROI your rate of return on the distance. In SNG can not be regarded as profit in per hour because you can have streaks then profit per hour will be increased but at a distance ROI will be the same

If you regular and beating this limit, ROI will be regspeed 15-20% and turbo 5-10%. The sample should be approximately 1000 games but better more games.

Average of $15/day for four hours is $3.75/hour. The current federal minimum wage is $7.25 per hour. Get a job increase your win rate by 125%. There may even be some benefits and maybe it won't seem like "grinding".

I have a 9 to 5 job this is just a hobby. I don't think I can increase win rate but I will eventually increase stakes.

I agree with gratis. First, never play for money, money is a side bonus to playing a really dynamic game, this why I have never jumped on the cash game bandwagon, play because you love that style/format of poker. Number two, stop worrying about your win rate, if you sit and play your best game each time and are learning and growing as a player your win rate will increase by proxy, then when your roll is big and stable take a shot at the next level, rinse repeat.
