Hi all :)

I currently play at Fulltilt poker and i have a bankroll of about 85$ gained mostly from Cardschat FR :D and some 2NL grinding.
I'm more of a MTT player than a cash game one and I would like to ask your opinions on what tournaments should i play there. I think i do better in smaller fields (like 800 minus players) but any suggestion is welcome

Thank you :p

The Triple Deuce with $2.20 buyin is worth a try. 10min blinds, 3000 starting chips, no rebuys.Usually doesn't go over 500+ people. Don't know the exact time in your timezone, at least in Lithuania it's in the noon. Don't play rush tournaments. Or play, but I've never had success in these.

Do you played this tournament on a regular basis? If so how many entries do you register with?

Avoid the super turbos, pretty much any other micro tournaments are fine to play.

I play mostly low buy in MTT at FT and like them.
Try itself and see which one suits you.
You gained some $$ through FR games, now play some tourney whichever you like, and follow your BR.

I personally dont like turbos but any reg is ok.
Try some of those Guaranties, or Raptor's....

big little tournaments are good and not many people mostly 60 to 80 and it has fixed time so you can chose the 1 which suits your schedule.

All micro mtt's are a hit or miss affair simply because of the low buy-in. Saying that though, if you stick to your A game and with a bit of luck they are not too hard to make the money.
I find they play pretty much as a freeroll, so be patient and wait for the big hands.
I won a ticket yesterday at Full Tilt and only played 2 hands, doubling up both times.

You can achieve an extremely good ITM % in these and greatly reduce your BR variance for larger field MTTs. The ROI is really nice at the top 3 as well so they are great imo. I used to grind them on Pstars and FTP until I finally won a few ok ones. Super tight.

Lol, well "saving money" seems to be a -EV players line haha.
Grind grind, play within your BR and play TAG and it's hard to lose as a n00b.
Granted FTOPS is a beautiful thing especially the MTOPs can turn a $5 investment into a few grand. Then you don't have to fret about grinding with an ABI of ~$8.50 cause it will take variance a long time to catch up haha
