I have always been a "fish" depositing and tilting off my br. I have decided not to deposit any more money and just use my fpp's (had around 1200) and 100k freeroll tickets to earn a bankroll.

I've managed to get into the top 2 tables in the 100k and gain a couple of entries to 11$ tournaments etc. which i then unregistered from and got tournament money on PS.

Right now my br is 183$ giving me 120BI for the 1.50$ HU sng's on pokerstars. I am now 100% willing to learn to play (believe it or not). If you don't believe me and think that i will blow my br once again, i rather you not to reply at all than to offend me in any way.

I just wanted to ask for some advice as to what speed i should play (regular/hyper/turbo) and do you play TAG or loose agressive in these games? Where can i find any videos or forum posts that i could read and learn from? (I don't like reading books but i don't mind reading forum posts where more people give their own opinion on a certain situation. Do I need a HUD?

And the most stupid question, Is it hard to learn how to play HU SNG's ?

I still have no idea how to read peoples hands on dry boards ( I know if someone has a top pair or overpair by the way they bet but i dont know if they are bluffing or what on a dry board)

What blind levels do you start shoving with a good hand and what hand range is classed as good ?

Why do you think it's a better idea to focus on HU SNGs than on other possible game types within your roll?

The reason why I have chosen HU SNG's is because I have tried playing HU cash games and managed to quickly turn 20$ into 250$. However in order to play these games you need (I think) at least 100BI which would mean i would need a br of 2000$.

I have played a couple of HU sng's however once again I have changed my mind as i've realised i'm not as good as I thought I was and so I have tried to play 3.50 6max sng's with over 50BI and so far I have made 30$ profit today from them. Seems like a mixture of mtt's and watching HU games made me improve my stt game and although I think my style will only work for the low limits (up to 7$-15$) I will keep on improving my game by reading the forums and watching vids.

Currently my br is at 212.63$ (could have been more but I had to leave my house while I was chip leader on 3 tables with 4 players left)

answer to you question # 1 it is about medium to learn HU play
question # 2 when you are learning about question # 1 then this will me more clear to you. dry boards are like 2d Tc Kh, or 3s, 7d, Jh flops

answer to # 3 depends on if you are the short stack or not.

if you want more help i can try to help , since that all i do is HUSNGs

I seem to suck at HU sng's. I play way too tight and just get blinded down till i have 300 chips and my opponent has 700 chips. When i try to loosen up he reraises/calls me and generally they all play agressive. I lost around 15BI and went back to stt sng's and got my br up to 331$.

I don't know what i should play right now.

i didn't explain my previous post properly. I'm break even in stt sng games its that i play so many that I get pokerstar vpp bonuses every 2 days thats how i got my 60$ and the rest I have been "lucky" and managed to make profit from sng's winning a couple of coinflips.

You probably shove way too tight when short. Just look at how some hands do against calling ranges and how it conpares to folding.

Yeah, what I often do is when i'm behind (like the example above me 300chips opponent 700) I shove hands like K10 or Q9 or Ax

If you weren't shoving hands likes that it'd be a huge leak. Also it has nothing to do with you being behind, if you are ahead you should be shoving a pretty much identical range.

I like playing turbo sngs for the fact that you can play more during a given session. Also lower limit sngs seem to be profitable if you are willing to be patient against the weaker players.
