Does anything from freerolls translate to regular low stake tourneys or are they just a luckbox donk territory?

They're not most reliable source of study, because people tend to play looser than they would if they had some of their money involved. But for a beginner, it's a nice introduction into poker.

The Cardschat freeroll is a great way to improve your game. It can help you win <$4 MTTs and SNGs. Of course you will have to study a lot of poker to actually improve your game and you'll slowly build your own playing style to win.

Yes and no. Yes because it's free, learning at no cost with the chance of winning. Why not play? and no because like someone else has already said a lot of players play crazy loose. And by crazy I mean if not every hand, almost every other hand in the beginning involves someone going all in. It's almost like playing the lotto. Even if you play tight and call all the "all in'ers" with premium hands, even then you're not always winning the pot. Doesn't mean a new player or low stakes player has to fallow suit and play every hand like that but it's defiantly makes learning the best way to play harder with players going all in every other hand. Granted if you can make it past the first hour or two of that you face more reasonable plays. So in my opinion, it's not the best training ground for a new player, but it's a good(free) start.

for a person who don't understand the principle of the game is money and if you Deposit quickly drains all the money in tournaments, not winning is a bonus and for learning and raising their self-esteem because if you take even a few cents it means a growth in the understanding of poker!

Should only be used for understanding hand rankings

It is better to train on conventional chips than freerolls. In freerolls completely changed the understanding of poker, which in the future you will prevent high and middle limits.

Freerolls are mostly lottery in the beggining. If you reach the bubble or even ITM then you can find some decent plays and players but still low level poker. I play lots of freerolls and theres a HUGE difference with cash games like NL2 or even low entry tournaments like 0,25 MTT

It is a platform but not really a reliable way of improving your game for real money. You will learn some valuable things but also youll gain some bad habits too.

Yes and no. If you want to play in freerolls to improve your game. I would recommend that you play in cardschat freerolls exclusively.

The CardsChat freerolls can help you improve your game. If you are playing public ones with a million players, I think that is useless and can even create bad habits. The people don't take play seriously in public freerolls.

Yes and no:) If a player is really a beginner, he needs to play all the freerolls.

But if the player has already mastered poker, and he needs to get more experience and advance to a new level of poker, then he should start to play only cardschat freerolls.

CC freerolls are a great way to improve your game because you don't have donks in them. All the players are respectable and decent players that don't make stupid bets. Thanks CC for your good games and players.

all right but where is the beginners to play as not on free tournaments.

Deposit some money and play micro stakes, also a good way to learn. I was just saying free rolls tend to just be calling stations but I guess if a 'beginner' knows not to fall into those all in pits all the time they will probably learn something.

Can freerolls be a good training ground for low stake tourneys?

[In my opinion]:)
It is a simple thing. It depends on a place and the situation.
You only go to the place that can observe the good player.
I think the reason that many people recommend to "CC freeroll"
be this.

I think that the person with many posts is a senior surely.
Do you think "Can I understand game theory by bingo only of all in?"?.
It is common to think about being difficult to approach for high buy-in.

But both the good play and donkey are up to how to use.
Therefore, good people gather in the place of high rate.

An opinion of a person saying, "it is no use free buy-in and paid some charge" simply is what you do not count on.
You should understand grounds why it is important to go to the place paying money.

The human being who has high ability fights and thinking since before having taken its place at the table. And an action is well-grounded and is based on reason.
Because it is a sushi=fish, I do not do such a thing.lol.
I am sorry by useless advice. Because I only wrote that I thought.

I am sorry that I get longer. Please watch my thread if free.
I do not know whether it is useful. Thank you for reading.:)

You can gain a lot from freerolls by learning how to gain information from opponents around you based on what action they are creating, and other tells and what not. It's helping your reading ability. Also, you can learn how you can create a table image. You can practice looking at your cards and maintaining the same posture. Practice how you place bets. Practice calculating a pot. Practice sustaining your stack.
These are all things that are individual skills, and you don't necessarily need to be surrounded by worthy opposition to improve these aspects of the game.
