I used to play on pokerstars and full tilt, both had incredibly easy deposit options. Black Chip is a little more difficult to deposit on. I play a lot of freerolls. What are the best most profitable freerolls online?

I would say the cardschat freerolls are your best option after you qualify for them.
Also, the merge fun step tournaments seem to be popular.

Freerolls at Black Chip Poker and Carbon Poker Cardschat forum here has a good prize and the field is not very large because it depends on some requirements for you to participate, see the specific topic in the forum you need to qualify to play, and also has tournaments BUY iN Forum exclusive, see the corresponding topic :) :)

If you are from US, you should try Hero Poker. They have $1, $2 and $5 sit'gos all day long..if you have patience, it's a nice way to win some money!

For the most profitable freerolls you have to qualify by free satelites. In the freerols with GTD prize is harder to win and it takes a lot of time.

Private freerolls like this forum's offer a much better mathematical EV (prize pool divided by field size) that open ones that anyone can enter.

You might also want to check out depositor games. They can have prize pools that work out to a couple of bucks per player, often with quite a few sitouts. However, when you factor in the time it takes to play them plus the fact you won't win anything most times, your win rate per hour over the long run won't be anything to write home about.
